The Hagerstown Municipal Band's 110th season will begin on Sunday, June 9th at 7:00 PM in City Park and will continue every Sunday evening through August 18th. We hope to see you there.
Lynn Lerew, Director will retire at the end of the year after sixty years with the HMB and the last fifty as Director. Four candidates chosen by the Board of Directors will each conduct one of the concerts this summer. The new Director will be selected by the Board of Directors, with input from the Band, and introduced at the end of the summer season. Entertaining audiences since 1915, the Hagerstown Municipal Band continues to draw crowds for its free summer concert series, offered weekly on Sunday evenings at 7:00 pm in the center of the beautiful Hagerstown City Park at the Peter Buys' Band Shell.
