HR Anew is pleased to share Anew Perspective™ on how to develop a winning employer brand, leveraging traditional communications channels and social media tools, to hire and retain top talent.

Ida Cheinman, Principal and Creative Director of Substance151, will discuss how developing a strong, clear and engaging employer brand can be the difference between attracting the best talent to your organization, high employee retention and overall superior team performance versus growing employee dissatisfaction, lack of motivation and high turnover. The same way that your overall company brand attracts the right clients, your winning employer brand helps you attract the right talent. Everyone wants to be on the winning team! The presentation will focus on key aspects of creating a winning employer brand strategy and will provide a set of tactics and techniques for its implementation.

Leah Messina, CEO & Founder of Sinuate Media, will talk about leveraging social media to bolster your brand online, track and analyze online conversation about your company or industry, and use social networks to attract job seekers and increase business sales and leads. Included in the discussion will be where businesses should be online and why, best practices for communication to online audiences, and what employers and human resource professionals need to know about social media as it relates to corporate policy. Leah will also address successful examples human resource professionals and businesses using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogs, and LinkedIn.
